Teligy's founding members oversee key areas of management and client interface. Our management structure allows key personnel to have an ownership stake that cultivates long-term growth and the strong relationships we have with our customers.

Vic Gunter, V.P. Engineering
Mr. Gunter co-founded Teligy in 2002 and serves as Vice President of Engineering. Prior to this, Mr. Gunter served as an engineering manager in several hardware and software development firms and has worked as a software and hardware engineer in the Department of Defense. Mr. Gunter is responsible for Teligy's engineering efforts, particularly as they are related to IEEE 802.11 technologies, voice and data networking, chip testing, and multimedia projects. Mr. Gunter has over 22 years of engineering experience in hardware and software development for communications technologies. Mr. Gunter has both managed and personally performed all areas of software development for several shipping hardware products, including full design, development, testing, documentation and long term support.

Jason Yates, V.P. Development
Mr. Yates, also a Teligy co-founder, is responsible for software development at Teligy. Mr. Yates provides over 19 years of experience in design and development of system-level software for networking, multimedia and communications products. Mr. Yates has staffed, planned and managed software development and technical support teams for software and hardware development firms. He develops numerous software projects (application, firmware, and device drivers) for Windows desktop and embedded products, and has delivered presentations on multimedia development at WinHEC. Mr. Yates oversees Teligy's development processes, engineering solutions and adherence to testing and development procedures.
